  1. Congrats to storm, and too much work to stewards :)
    The game got very lagy, nothing was as in practice and had a lot problems with VR before race, than the start crash ruined everything, the damage didn’t let me do even 1.19 i’ve done easily in practice, so the first stint was to forget about. than after safety car i am not sure but i got passed before the start line so maybe things to be looked again there. lost a lot pace on the first stunt struggling with the damage, than after pit things were back to normal but the pit was so long to get fixed the body of the car. second stint was very good but too late although got some battles with dragon4red, and a crashing similar to ocon verstappen. but in this case it have to be looked as we were on same lap :). than catched him again in last lap but lost the braking point on the first corner, and the lag was huge so made a mistake there. if there wouldn’t been so much lag things would been very different i had a very good pace but the start crash and lag ruined everything :( .

  2. I wouldn’t go as far as to say that was an interesting race, but there we go.

    Didn’t get a proper “Hollywood” lap in for qualifying so grateful to be on pole. Made a good start and saw I had the advantage to pick my line and speed in the first corner. Then we got the safety car and I was meandering around when Bobby shot past at T15. I was thinking, “Wait, is the Safety Car sign an error? What’s going on?” Set off after Bobby but the SC was indeed out.

    I think the SC is a little slow. It wasn’t really a problem with the cold tyres, but it is difficult to go even slower to allow the SC to build a gap on the way to green. Also, I think the “In this lap” message was a bit late, being at the last corner. There was nothing I could do except follow closely and then wait for the pit line so I didn’t pass him on track.

    Apart from that, a quiet race which I owe Bobby a pint for as he controlled the pack for the first dozen laps or whatever. Not to much to note, just made sure I drove at 95% to avoid a silly mistake. Some fun arrived when I came across two fighting cars – one was Pensionisti. They had absolutely no interest in me it seemed so I was appreciating my 20 second gap when Pensionisti left me the inside at T4 (thank you) and the other driver, well let’s say he was so keen to give me room he drove off the track :p

    Onwards to Zandvoort. Will have to get proper stoned for that one – when in Rome and all that :)

  3. Most intense and exciting race in a league for me!(as i can recall)
    Lost control and spinning at the start of the race,and while i was spinning,someone hit my rear wheel,and it all ended hitting the wall.I took pit duriring SC,with long wings repair.After that has very nice and hard chase after Bobby,and finally really intence after Monolith.Hope for no hard feelings.I dont know how many more races i can participate thi seasson,but looking forward for next.

    • so good you did the pit to fix the wings in SC. We’re not used to safety car and didn’t thought about pitting while in SC. it would made a big difference if I’d pit, i was loosing up to 2 sec per lap in first stint :(

  4. Fun race, amazing what we can do with so few. Quickly realised that my false 2nd place was not going to last, but stuck it out to give my teammate a lead – Elgurke does it for his “brother”, I do it for “beer”. Finally made a mistake at corner 1, though it “felt” more like the kerb glitch thingy pulling me off the track. Was going to try the undercut on Elgurke but then he came in early and pissed on that fire, so decided to see how good the tyres were and whether they’d make the distance. They would have actually but the damage from Church’s nudge wouldn’t, so came in a bit late and immediately went 1.5 secs a lap faster but making no real gain on Elgurke. He had it in the bag, then next thing I know I get the yellow flag and wave goodbye to him as I go past into 4th place.

    We did pretty well with the SC and great to finally get Andrzej involved, but let’s just remember to stagger the cars left-right-left-right like Storm and I did to avoid those little nudges.

  5. Hello friends. I was not there for a long time. But if Kubica comes back, I will probably come back. I already have AC and I am waiting for the G29 steering wheel. First, I have to train a lot. I have not driven anything since 2014. Any advice?

    • When you are ready, get hold of the RSS Hybrid 2018, download our apps, install our physics, put “flag” into server search and get practising Daro :)

    • I have an RSS Hybrid 2018. In a week I am going back to CH, and there will be a new steering wheel waiting for me. Then training. If I train something, I will come to you. And how about the settings on G29? Because I searched the Internet and there is a lot of it. I do not see settings for single seaters car.

    • I have my wheel (T300) set to 360degs as I only do single-seaters. Apart from that, default settings seem good as so much is controlled/configurable in AC.
